Blessed for My Day
It is important to remember the hard things, the battles won and lost, the price paid. When we remember the past we must also remember what God was doing through the course of events. Look back and see His hand, His fingerprints.
As we celebrate this Memorial Day weekend, let’s not only remember the people who laid down their lives for our freedoms, but let’s also remember how God answered prayers, provided protection, soothed broken hearts and ultimately moved in miraculous ways. And when we remember these things we’ll be more equipped to handle the future with grace and faith.
You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore the Lord your God commanded you to observe the sabbath day. ~ Deuteronomy 5:15
I have to chuckle as you ask about returning to the salon. Why yes, who hasn’t? Not for a color correction, but a cut correction, more than once. My current stylist calls me hair obsessed! My feeling is this, with the prices for a cut and color, it should be exactly what we want. So, return for correction!
Enjoy your weekend.
Hahaha! Thanks. Yeah I did pay a pretty penny so I do feel like I should love it. ?
