Happy Monday! Talbots has started this spring week off with a 40% off sitewide FLASH SALE, so I thought it would be a good time to round up a few of my favorites from this modern classic brand to share with you. I know so many of my readers enjoy shopping Talbots. If you’re in time for the flash sale, now is the time to grab those items you’ve been eyeing because favorites are already selling out. Let’s check out a few of my Talbots spring 2024 favorites.

Talbots has advertised that the 40% off Flash Sale will last just until noon in your time zone. But last time they had a flash sale scheduled to noon they did either extend it or restart it later in the day. So be sure to check the website even if you’re reading this later in the day. That said, act quick! These are the best prices they’ve offered this season.

Probably my absolute favorite Talbots purchase this spring are these white wide leg crop pants shown above. They fit true to size; I’m wearing a 10. They’re made from an extremely soft, comfortable fabric with a bit of stretch. And they do come in other pretty colors here. These are the pant for a casual lifestyle this summer. I predict the white will sell out soon.
The wide leg linen pants above are another clear favorite from the Talbots spring 2024 collection. These pants are lined with a very lightweight, silky polyester that feels so comfortable. You get the benefit of the lining but I never feel the lining. They run true to size; I’m wearing a 10 for a slightly loose fit. And you can get the same linen pants in other colors here.
Another somewhat surprising favorite from my Talbots purchases are these linen slides. They’re just so on trend, but also very versatile and classic. Because they have that cognac trim, the work beautifully with a cognac belt and handbag. They fit true to size or size down if you, like me, wear a half size.
I have truly enjoyed wearing this wisteria purple poplin short shirt and coordinating patch pocket pullover sweater. They run true to size and come in additional colors. Both are going fast.
This smocked blouse is so pretty and feminine! And the white high waist relaxed jeans are some of my absolute favorites. They’re made in a nice, dense white denim but still feel comfortably lightweight and cool. I get so many compliments on these. Both fit true to size; I’m wearing my usual 8 in Talbots jeans.
And the final two Talbots spring 2024 favorites I want to call out are this front zip lady jacket and straight leg relaxed fit jeans. They both fit true to size; I’m wearing my usual 8 in Talbots jeans. the jeans feature a trending raw edge hemline and have a front crease in them. The front zip lady jacket comes in a pretty blue, too, and it can be worn open over a tank or blouse.
Of course, Talbots’ sister brand, Haven Well Within, is also offering 40% off your entire purchase. I recently purchased this pajama top and bottoms. I love them. They run true to size. But I also have my eyes on these pajamas and this robe.

The Bible teaches us that bitterness defiles not only the one in whose heart it grows, but others who come in contact with that person. We don’t want to be women who carry grudges and rooted anger in our hearts, contaminating others with our bitterness as we go.
But we also have to be discerning so that we can sense bitterness in the hearts of others. If you are struggling in a relationship with someone who always seems to criticize or “have a chip on their shoulders,” it may be that the person has a root of bitterness. When you understand this root cause of their hurtful attitudes and words you can relate to them differently, wisely. Ask the Lord for wisdom in dealing with this person in a way that is kind, God-honoring but also protective of your own heart.
The heart knows its own bitterness,
And a stranger does not share its joy. ~ Proverbs 14:10
