I love sharing my real outfits of the week on Fridays, but this week I’ve been spending time with family in Georgia, and I’ve really focused on them rather than chronicling my outfits. Plus, truth be told, I’ve worn the same thing over and over more than you probably care to hear about. LOL! So today I thought we’d turn our attention to something much more exciting than the clothes I’m wearing on repeat. Let’s check out Wayfair’s 5 Days of Deals and the home finds you’ll get there at some pretty amazing prices.

How to Shop Here: To shop the items I feature, just click on the words in the captions of photos, the highlighted words in my text or the images in the shopping widgets I sometimes include. When you shop through my links I potentially earn a commission on your purchases, but at no additional cost to you. Thank you so much for supporting my work here by shopping my links. Items that have been gifted to me by the associated brand are indicated with “c/o”.
Over the years I’ve purchased several of my favorite home finds at Wayfair. They have such an amazing variety of home decor, furniture, organization and storage tools, pet supplies, outdoor furniture and so much more. And just through February 2, you’ll get up to 60% off items already priced below market value. Wayfair also has daily deals during this 5-day event. I haven’t checked out today’s specials yet, but yesterday they were extremely impressive.
Home Decoration Finds in Wayfair’s 5 Days of Deals
I have wall art, lamps, an ottoman tray and drapes from Wayfair. One time they shipped to me a sofa table like this one that had a slight dent in it. So we decided to return it. Wayfair refunded our money and told us to keep the table, so now we have both! I tell you that little story to let you know that their customer service is excellent. I’ve had very good experience with all of the other items I’ve received from Wayfair, in fact.

If you’re looking for a good full length mirror (a must for getting dressed for your day!), the wood frame mirror above is a great example of the many you’ll find in the sale. I also have the basket shown above on my stairs landing, but it would work beautifully in many places in your home.
As I was browsing Wayfair’s 5 Days of Deals, I was quite impressed with the pet supply options. You’ll find dividers like this pet gate, helpers for you sweet pet like these 3 step stairs and elevated homes like this dividable dog crate and this classic looking single dog crate.

I’ve collected some of my favorite organization and storage tools from Wayfair’s 5 Days of Deals below. But I’m actually trying to pick out one of their many shoe storage solutions. You’ll see several in my shopping widget below, but I’m leaning toward 24-pair shoe storage cabinet or this modern minimalist style large capacity shoe cabinet.

Truly, whether you have the redecorating itch or you’re busy perfecting your storage and organization solutions, you’ll find so many great options at very reasonable prices in Wayfair’s 5 Days of Deals. You’ll also find toys and yard games for the grandkids, supplies for pets, beautiful furniture for every room in your home, wall art and kitchen tools. If you do shop the sale I’d love to hear what you find. You might want to begin by perusing my favorites below. I’ve collected well over 55 finds that I’m very enthusiastic about.

Blessed for My Day
Confession: I actually enjoyed keeping a clean, tidy and beautiful home when my children were growing up. Our home always felt full and busy, so I delighted in keeping it clean and comfortable for my family and our visitors. We never had expensive homes or furnishings, and I’m definitely not a gifted decorator. But I did enjoy adding personal touches and it was a joy to take care of our “nest.”
But when my nest emptied and became quieter, I struggled to find that same joy in those daily and sometime menial tasks. What about you? We do have the occasional visitors, but not nearly as often as we did when my kids were home and James was pastoring full time. So I have to discipline myself to get home tasks done now. I’ve made it a matter of prayer and the Lord has reminded me that home is important for James and me, too. So even if you live by yourself, I want to encourage you to find the joy in making for yourself a delightful and comfortable home where you can easily rest and get refreshed, where you can feel creative and joyful and where you can enjoy inviting guests in occasionally, too.
She watches over the activities of her household, And does not eat the bread of idleness. ~ Proverbs 31:27
This is a very helpful post today
I too am looking for a shoe cabinet and full-length mirror and struggle with keeping my home as tidy as it was when our kids were young
I do indeed keep it clean but struggle with keeping momentum
Thank you for the ideas and honesty of your life too
Yes, momentum. That’s a good way to put it. Thanks for sharing. 😊
