Grooming Gifts for the Men on Your List
My guy buys pretty basic grooming products, but I like to gift him a couple of special ones this time of year. I’ve always found great products for men at Nordstrom, and he loves it when I introduce him to something new.
James likes the Jack Black products, especially for his beard. But this year he’s mentioned that his hands are getting dry (and he’s dipping into my hand cream!), so I’ve already got The Moisturizing Match set under the tree for him. And what is it with men and all-in-one products??? Does your guy favor those as much as my man does? I’m getting James the Kiehl’s Body Fuel All-In-One Energizing Wash as soon as they go on sale December 12th.
Beauty Gifts for Women
Beauty gifts can be a little tricky. But you know the women on your list. So if you, like me, have women who enjoy receiving skincare sets, fragrance or even makeup, why not? You’ll see some great savings on a few of these already, and more to come.
Of course my picks include a few that you might want to share with some who is shopping for you! I just started using the T3 Aire IQ hair dryer set and I love it. So much lighter in weight than the Dyson, which I loved, too. And the TUMI Madeline cosmetics bag shown above is my all-time favorite travel bag for cosmetics. I can get so much in there and the construction is amazingly sturdy and sound. I’ve shared a few more of my favorite products in the graphic below.

Just last night I listened to a sleep story on my Abide app called, The Only Way to Heaven. It reminded me that indeed, Jesus is the way – and the only way – for us to have a relationship with God now and to be with Him in Heaven one day. That may sound exclusive, which is not popular in today’s culture. But the Bible also tells us that God created each of us, loves us and has made a way of salvation for us all. That’s really the message of Christmas.
Before the foundation of the earth was laid, God, in His mercy and love, made a way for us to know Him intimately and live with Him forever. He planned to send His one and only Son, Jesus, to live among men and then to die for us. The truth is, there is NO way for us to reach God. Because of our sin, we cannot even come into His presence. But God reached out to sinful man through Jesus and made a way for us. Christmas is the celebration of the Way. It takes humility to receive that gift, but it’s so worth it.
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” ~ John 14:6
