Today Nordstrom began a triple points event that will last just through Sunday. So it’s a great time to shop Nordstrom’s triple points event. I thought I’d share a few of my current favs at Nordstrom as well as some tips for shopping this event.
If you’re a Nordy Club member you can earn 3x the points
on the purchase of regular price merchandise at Nordstrom through September 26, 2021. Not a Nordy Club member? Join! It’s free. Of course, you unlock even more benefits and higher rewards if you have a Nordstrom Credit card, but anyone can be a Nordy Club member. And this would be a great day to join and start racking up the points.
It looks like I got some bad information originally. You can accumulate triple points on sale merchandise, too. You can shop Nordstrom’s sale listings here and they have some tremendous deals.
Why Nordstrom? (this is not a sponsored post!)
I like to shop Nordstrom because they truly do have excellent customer service. They offer free shipping and free returns. And, while they expect you to be realistic, they really don’t put a limit on how long you have to return purchases.
I know that some of us have experienced shipping and return credit delays at Nordstrom this year. But I think we have to give them and all other retailers a little grace right now. Shipping continues to be a hardship, and the supply chain is also bogged down in these unprecedented days. But I’ve found that when I contact Nordstrom with my dilemmas, they’re quick to make things right and very gracious.
How to Shop this Event
Heads up! While not everything in my list is pricey, I am including some of my more expensive favorites. This is the time to buy those higher ticket items you’ve been eyeing and earn three times the points on your purchase. It was during an event like this that I calculated the cost and invested in my Veronica Beard blazer.
It’s certainly a great time to do any of your shopping at Nordstrom. But I do tend to think these events are best used to purchase that one great item rather than lots of little things I’m not really sure I even want. This is when I dig into my Wish List and see if there’s something that just. does. not. seem. to. ever. go. on. sale. If I purchase it and gain triple points at least I’m banking up future spending power to then go back and buy those lower price items I wanted. Make sense?
Please understand that I’m not trying to push you to spend money you don’t have or don’t want to spend today. That’s not the point of this post. I just wanted to make you aware of a great opportunity to get a little more for your precious dollars with this triple points event.
So I am sharing a few of those pricey items I personally wouldn’t buy at any other time. But yes, you’ll find favs in all price points in my shopping widget below. Let’s shop!
PRO Tip: Do not schedule a double points day during this event. You can’t combine your double points day with this promotion. But hey, this is TRIPLE POINTS! So all the better.
Enough of that! Let me share with you some of my current favorites at Nordstrom. Maybe this will just whet your appetite for the triple points event.
Accessories – Shoes, handbags, etc.
Since I first thought the triple points only applied to full price items, most of the favs below are indeed regular price. But I’ve since then filled a shopping widget with some of my favorite sale items, too. I think you should still be able to get 3x points on these (unless otherwise designated). Scroll to see more.
Hey, even if you don’t shop Nordstrom’s triple points event, I hope you enjoyed perusing some new fall fashions and accessories. Thank you so much for dropping in today. You also might enjoy my new YouTube video, 6 Essential Accessories for Fall Outfits.

What do you do when someone lies? Especially if that lie affects or implicates you in some way? How do you navigate that? It’s tough because you don’t really want to stoop to their level and skirmish with someone who is already playing dirty. But you don’t want to let that lie sit there unaddressed either. Right?
I think we learn from the apostle Paul that when others speak falsely we must cling to truth. We must believe in the truth of God’s Word. And we must persist in speaking truth…calmly, steadily, only. The truth will set you free.
“Brothers and fathers, hear the defense that I now make before you.” And when they heard that he was addressing them in the Hebrew language, they became even more quiet. And he said… ~ Acts 22:1-2
