Some of the sales focus on end-of-season clearance, but others include wear now and fall fashions. I’ve also rounded up a good many sales that feature worthwhile finds for travel, the home, beauty and more. Consider this your Labor Day Weekend Sales Headquarters. I’ve updated the post with improved deals and new finds this Monday morning, so let’s see what I found.

Labor Day Weekend Sales

This elevated everyday cardigan, this gorgeous barn jacket (is that an oxymoron???LOL!) and this stunning wedding guest dress caught my eye at a glance.
FRAME is offering an extra 30% off on ALL markdowns for a limited time! My black Le Sleek jeans below are NOT included in the sale, but the same jeans in other washes are. Frame also has beautiful blouses and other nice items. Oh, and my smocked polo from Frame is 30% off.
Frank & Eileen has added new items to their Sale page with savings STARTING at 40% off. You’ll find comfortable, casual clothes with an elevated vibe to fit your real lifestyle at this California brand. I have this striped button-up shirt (runs TTS), this red sweatshirt peacoat and this linen blazer. Sale items are final sale, but I can tell you that things almost always run true to size. I’ve got my eye on this Dani silk blouse in multi butterfly rose newspaper (that’s a mouthful, but so pretty!). Interestingly I have this blouse in other prints in both a medium and a large, but I’d say it runs true to size. This Nina 100% silk georgette blouse is beautiful, too.

We celebrate Labor Day to honor the social and economic achievements of American workers. The holiday originated in the late 19th century when industrial workers faced long hours, low wages and unsafe working conditions, leading them to form labor unions. Labor Day became a federal holiday in 1894 to recognize their contributions and provide a day of rest and celebration. While, over time, Labor Day has become more about spending a final weekend at the lake or pool to say goodbye to summer, it’s still a good time to reflect on the significance and purpose of your own work.
Even if you have retired from a profession, you probably continue to work. Physical and mental labor give our lives construct, purpose and even enjoyment. While some work days can feel burdensome and hard, it’s wise to remember that work actually is not a curse, but a gift from God. After the fall of man work became hard and external problems increased our toil. But God gave us work to do from the very beginning because He knows it is good for us. How does your work bring meaning to your life? Are you doing your work as unto the Lord each day? Do you seek His joy as you work? Are you grateful for the responsibilities you have and the opportunity to do that satisfying work?
Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us; And confirm for us the work of our hands; Yes, confirm the work of our hands. ~ Psalm 90:17

I think the Serena satchel is beautiful. I’m not sure which ones you’re linking to from my blog? Did I share some others somewhere recently? It’s been a week LOL and I don’t remember. I do like Michael Kors and have several myself, I just haven’t shown any lately. But I will take note and start including those more. The only one I find in a similar color at MK is the Quinn large pebbled tote

I’m really not sure. It’s hard to tell from a website and very hard to exactly match a taupe. None of my bags exactly match my shoes, however.
