Christmas is on the way! I’ve hand-picked some of my favorite things to fill out this Christmas Gift Guide for Women. While I certainly have items on here for you to consider for the women on your list, you may want to mention these to someone who is gifting you, as well.
This post contains affiliate links. When you shop through my links I potentially earn a commission on your purchases, but at no additional cost to you. Thank you so much for supporting my work here by shopping my links.
Be sure to check out all of my Christmas Gift Guides for others on your list. You’ll always find them in the 🎁Gift Guide2023 tab in the top menu of my blog, too. And I have a whole collection of gift guides in my LTK Shop, too.
Spread the love
Beauty
I'm not one to give makeup for Christmas gifts, except perhaps to my daughter or mom. But I would absolutely give beauty tools to the woman who loves makeup and skincare. I'm such a huge fan of the Angie Hot & Flashy makeup brush sets at BK Beauty, I have no qualms about recommending them. In fact, I'm giving my daughter the Angie Hot & Flashy Travel Brush Set for Christmas. Use my code kay10 to save 10% on your purchase at BK Beauty.
I also love, love, love the City Lips lip plumpers and City Lips Night Oil at City Beauty. I use both daily and they have made huge improvements in the healthy of my lips. I don't wear lipstick without their lip plumpers, in fact. It just goes on so much more beautifully with City Lips before and after. Use code KAY15 for 15% off at City Beauty.
I also am not a big proponent of giving clothes for Christmas unless the woman has specifically asked for them. I do love giving accessories, however. I've gathered some great accessories at a wide range of prices.
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners” ~ Isaiah 61:1
Thank you for sharing about Bombas socks- they are super comfortable BUT I love their gifts to the homeless. I work with a homeless ministry and we have been recipients of their socks- they have sent us a couple of hundred at no cost to us. Our homeless friends really appreciate them- especially in the cold months!
I would love some inspiration for outfits for retirement life. I am mostly at home in a care giving role for husband, but want to look my best. I do get out for errands, and church. I am guessing some of your others readers share this quandary. Thank you, Kay!
While I appreciate your thoughtful research and fine taste in all things that you present in your posts, I am sorry to see that many products turn out being from China. The Parks Board Game, of all things, is from China! Not sure about others, but I have tasked myself with attempting to eliminate my purchases of products from China. Sadly, when shopping major retailers, one doesn’t know the origin until receiving the product and see the label.
You might query your followers and see if this is a subject to be considered as you source products to present in your blogs. Just a thought.
I understand your concerns and prefer to not purchase from China either in a perfect world. Alas, as one other reader commented, until we start manufacturing more in the US, we’re kinda stuck. For me, the better goal is simply to buy American whenever possible, and I do. It costs more, for sure. But I definitely make a point of buying American when I can. Still, I also try to remember that the Chinese government is one thing and the people who live and try to earn a living there are quite another. I try to purchase items from responsibly sourced manufacturers and those that pay fair wages. I can’t be perfect at this because I don’t always have all the information. But I do my best.
Thanks for the gift ideas. For the reader who doesn’t like items from China. I don’t either but it’s hard to find items that aren’t. I wouldn’t buy hardly anything if I followed that rule. Until Americans start manufacturing clothes and shoes again we’re stuck.
Hi Kay
Can you recommend a clothes steamer? I’m interested in trying one and wouldn’t mind receiving one for Christmas this year. Thanks for this nice selection of gifts.

Sure, I have an older version of this one and love it: https://rstyle.me/+zm5WuT9Y04OBsDhxhvsP4A My daughter has this handheld one and I’ve used it and found it quite adequate for occasional use: https://rstyle.me/+eV_Qmye3jPgE6_CIR4a5dQ
