Happy Labor Day! Do you have big plans? We’re visiting with my son and his fiancee today in Columbus. So this will be another new adventure for us. Meanwhile, I have a fun fall look from Evereve to share with you. And everything’s on sale for Labor Day!

A Fun Fall Look from Evereve for Now

JOY t-shirt (wearing a small) // black combat modern crop pants (wearing size 29) // leopard print sandal slides // black hobo bag // earrings

I had never shopped at Evereve until just recently. And I’m in love. Evereve is a women’s style store that carries multiple brands. It’s a trendy, current store with styles that fit real women. And their stated purpose resonates with me: to use their love for fashion as a way to inspire joy. Yep. That’s pretty much my goal here at Dressed for My Day, too!

A Fun Fall Look for Now

I hadn’t shopped Evereve because we didn’t have a brick & mortar store in Tucson, but I found one in Cincinnati. In fact, Evereve has 86 stores and an easy-to-navigate online store. But now that I’ve spent some time in their fitting room and visited with my store’s manager Nichole, I can tell you more about this unique boutique and share more of their styles here on Dressed for My Day.

At EVEREVE.com you’ll discover modern and versatile clothing with just the right amount of edge, curated for you. I loved the wide selection of clothing I found in the store, from graphic tees to fun pants to familiar brands of denim to jackets and cardigans. And everything felt fresh, current and wearable.

This is a really simple outfit I’m sharing with you today, but it checks all the boxes for me. It’s ultra comfortable, chic and understated, youthful and fun to wear.

A Fun Fall Look from Evereve for Later

Later, when it gets a little cooler, I’ll still enjoy this fun fall look by simply adding this colorful cardigan and switching out my sandals for some closed toe shoes.

These pants feature a hidden button fly that’s extremely easy to fasten. They’re comfortable pants with a great fit. And I’m not sure you can tell from the photos, but they have a trendy raw hem. Just plain fun!!

I’m wearing my usual size 29 in these cropped pants. Honestly, I’ve worn these so many times in the short week and a half that I’ve had them.

Evereve has a wide selection of fun graphic tees. I immediately gravitated to this simple Joy t-shirt. I’m sure I’ll find so many ways to wear it. I’m wearing my usual size Small.

Sam Edelman Shoes & Tory Burch Bag

I’m enjoying my new Tory Burch hobo bag. It’s also available in “Moose” brown. These leopard flats are from last year, but these are similar. These leopard print sneakers would be a fun option, too.

Have you ever shopped Evereve? I hope you’ll take a look at their website and check out their offerings. I’ll definitely be featuring more of their clothing. They have so many current looking pieces that work perfectly for women over 40.

Plus, today is the final day of Evereve’s Labor Day Sale, so all three of these pieces are marked down a little. I won’t kid you. These are not inexpensive clothes. But they are excellent quality, versatile and well fitting.

Blessed for My Day

How do you respond when the going gets tough? When others around you are shaken because circumstances become difficult, do you get rattled, too? I want to be a woman who responds to life’s curve balls with steadfast faith, grace and patience, but that’s not always the case.

But the way we do react when the unexpected happens has great impact on those who are watching the details of our lives. Others notice whether or not we demonstrate faith in God or buckle in disbelief. Let’s ask God to give us the grace to endure hard circumstances, the faith to trust His character even when we can’t see His work and the patience to wait upon when the going gets tough.

And the woman said to Elijah, “Now I know that you are a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in your mouth is truth.” 1 Kings 17:24

Spread the love
xoxo, Kay

  1. Beautiful color of cardigan on you Kay!!! When times are tough, I keep repeating scripture and hold onto it for dear life.~Lisa~

  2. Cute outfit! I love Evereve but not their prices! They tend to be pricey. Sometimes you can find things on sale though.
    Have fun in Columbus!

  3. What a great fall outfit! I love that pop of color of your cardigan! Enjoy your outing! We’ve got rain here in Northeast PA, But I’m not complaining, as people are really suffering in the Bahamas. Praying for them & that they get the assistance they will need.

  4. $70 for a t-shirt?! And that’s the sale price! I’ll stick to my usual Loft, Old Navy, and J.Jill sales. But the outfit does look great on you.

    1. Hi Terri, I completely agree with you. I really didn’t realize the price of this tee until I went to link it as I wrote it Sunday evening. I wish I had chosen a different piece to share. Thanks so much for reading and leaving a comment. I hope you had a nice holiday!

  5. $70 for a tee is crazy! As much as I do like it! Kohl’s and other stores sell cute tee’s like that for a fraction of the price!
Enjoy your day to all! ???

    1. Hi Kim, I completely agree with you. I wish I had realized the price when I chose this outfit to share. Unfortunately, I missed that somehow. And I agree that there are so many place where you can get cute graphic tees. Definitely no need to pay this much! I hope you had a lovely day!! 🙂

  6. I have not shopped at Evereve and don’t see me doing so since their clothes are on the pricer side. I do like the tee and pants you have on. The sweater is an interesting color, but definitely not a color I can wear. It sounds like y’all are getting settled in your new state and have a fun day planned. I plan on beginning the task of pulling my summer clothes out of my closet, but I am going to take my time. I hope to pack away only items I really enjoy wearing and that I will be happy to see next spring. We were supposed to be on vacation this week in Longboat Key, FL (near Sarasota), but cancelled the trip due to Dorian. While I’m a bit disappointed, I am 100% convinced that God kept us at home for a reason, that we may never know. So, I am grateful for His protection! With that being said, since this was supposed to be our vacation week, I am trying to prevent myself from doing so much work around the house. It’s okay to not do chores every day, is what I have to keep telling myself. On the days that Larry is feeling okay, I want us to do something fun. God bless!
