I find the same issue with Talbot’s blouses especially if they are all cotton.

Hi Barb. You can see a few photos in the Tues and Thursday posts. They say it’s going to be a while before we get more unfortunately. I have the Talbots denim shirt in a medium. The small fit, but felt a tad constraining in the shoulders. My shoulders are slightly wide.
