					<description><![CDATA[Motivating post today, Kay! Since the first of July, my husband and I have been walking our neighborhood first thing in the morning. Literally, first thing. I slide out of bed, get dressed, put on hat, sunnies, shoes, pedometer and go. I log anywhere from 3300-4300 steps to get the day started. Neither of us are fans of “cold” weather (relative term being east of the Metroplex) so I’m sure we will be afternoon walkers! Love that little library. Our daughter has some in her CO neighborhood. 
The pedometer I use is TriSport from Amazon several years ago.  It has been through the wash twice without a problem. Cost was less than $15.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Afternoon Kay!  I should be taking a stroll now myself!  Instead I head for the recliner after getting our 3 year old grandson in for his afternoon nap, #grammyandpapaneedanap!  We have a lot of lot of property but honestly, I don’t like walking trough the fields after the hay is cut, as I’ve become so leery of ticks these days. There is also a nice walking track 4 miles from our home, I just can’t seem to get motivated!!  I’m a morning person, so I’m thinking now that we’re starting to have cooler mornings, I can get myself out there walking!  How lucky are you to have that little free library. I’ve seen them before, and thought the concept is such a great idea!  Love your fashionable walking outfit! ?]]></description>
