I hear you on sluggish. I have so many food allergies so I can’t over due on the holidays or any other time. I know if you cut out the items you mentioned it alone will help you. My problem is the dreaded hormones. Yikes!!!! Enjoy your time away. I just booked a few nights for us to get away end of the week. I think it helps mentally and physically this time of year. No big trip, but I do get to stop in at Emily Lex’s studio again. Like I’ve told you…. You’d love it. I’m sure she’ll have it all decked out for Valentines Day. Last time I was there was over 4 th of July. Her shop was so cute. I’m sure I’ll be spending some money. I love to gift people from there too. 😌Can’t wait to hear where you are going.
