Yes to the wool coats! Having a weather reprieve this week (40’s). Wore a blue/green/navy Talbots long wool plaid coat yesterday and a shorter red Talbots wool coat today, and got compliments (from a person at the grocery store and also from a friend) on each of the coats. Made me feel just a little more put together. Love my dark puffers, but do nice to have a change.

The dress looks so good on you. I like how you accessorized it. I don’t have a sweater dress because it’s not cold enough. The last sweater dress I had, I donated it because it was never cold enough on Sundays when I could wear it. It would be cold during the week and I had nowhere special to go to. We’re having a warm winter. I hope it get colder so I can wear my wool coats. I’m going to take your advice and wear them instead of a puffer jacket.

Love the lovely green sweater dress on you. The fancier, wider belt and heeled boots looked especially nice, although I liked it both ways!
