Hi Julie. FWTFL is a wonderful program that helps you achieve and maintain a healthy weight and muscle mass through intermittent fasting carb balancing (NOT a low carb or keto diet), consistent weight lifting and cardio and a balanced diet. They provide accountability, great daily workouts on their app or online, ongoing education and incentive. I’ve been in the program for four years and really love it. You can find out more here https://www.fasterwaytofatloss.com/#KAYHARMS

Hi Kay,
You have such a nice shape. One of your followers mentioned that you are in FWFL? What is that? I love your common sense approach to style. I am 75 and live in Northern California . I have always followed fair eating habits, an exercise routine and good rest. I am a Christian and read His word. Blessings in your work!

Hi Kay,
I'm relatively new to your blog - just subscribed at the beginning of this year. I went back and looked at your White T Review post but I would love to see an updated one. For ladies who have a large chest or large tummy area, white t shirts are hard to pull off because they show your lumps and bumps easily if they are too thin. Would love to see advice on a perfect coverage tee without too much fabric or too heavy of a fabric.
I also from another reader above that 'capri length' pants are out. Hoping to see maybe a what-not-to-wear post for styles that help to age you more than they should.
Loving your daily emails!

Great post…I agree with one of the previous comments, it is the best “essential” list I’ve seen. Some others are too utilitarian, “black pant, white shirt, black this, white that”. But your posts and the tools you provide allow us to customize our wardrobe to meet our personal needs. You do such a good job. As far as what I’m adding this Spring…for me, that’s the question of the hour! As I transition to retirement, my needs are plentiful and far exceed my budget. So far, I have purchased an Ann Taylor trench coat you previously featured, two Talbots sweater in pretty colors, and a gorgeous and I mean gorgeous Lily Silk blouse that you also featured. I don’t know how you do it all, but keep up the good work.
