It does go well with the dress. I was missing a favorite footwear item for an entire year once. I found it tucked in a side pocket of a tote bag! It’s the most frustrating feeling when you miss a closet item. It’s the most wonderful feeling of relief when you are re-united with the “old friend”. I found a lost car key fob in a pocket of a jacket I rarely wore. By the time I found the key fob, I had already sold the car! Try praying to St. Jude, the patron saint of lost items / causes.
