Hi, Kay. This was a useful post. I don't have heavy arms, although I am getting some of the underarm sag. My problem is that my skin is crepey, which makes me cover parts of my arms as someone with heavy arms would. I never wear sleeveless tops. I'm starting some Denise Austen exercises and hope they will help. In the meantime, some of your tips will work for me. (BTW, you have a typo you might want to know about: search for "reign;" it should be "rein" in.

Kay thanks for providing such great advice and strategies to minimize the appearance of a body part that so many of us struggle with as we age. I can tell you spent a great deal of time on this blog entry as you offered so many suggestions and even provided a photo to match each example. This is such a great resource and I love that sleeveless black dress!

I really needed this post to give me ideas on how to draw attention away from my arms. I’m 68 years old and just lost 100 lbs. I have loose skin and crepey skin and my arms generally look horrible. But we’re already hitting 90 degrees here! I wear a lot of 3/4 length sleeves when I go out, but I like flutter sleeves too. Thank you for this updated post!

Thanks, but also keep in mind that I'm pretty good at posing using angles and space to create visual appeal.
