I just loved the flower bush you were posing next to. It will be interesting to see what your new landscape is now that you are in a different state. I can’t wait to see pictures of your new place! I have always been nervous to wear whites on my bottom half, because of getting them dirty. Your outfits look great and I love all the versatility. I don’t look good in white so I don’t tend to wear white on shirts, which takes out a huge neutral for me. Looking forward to seeing posts from Ohio!

BFMD is perfect! Welcome home to Georgia! I know that you will cherish the family time, but I suspect you will be glad to leave the high humidity behind when you head back to OH. And as April said, GO JACKETS! I know you are a UGA fan, and I will say that I root for the Dawgs when they are not playing against GT. I am actually wearing a pair of Time and Tru white capris/peddle pushers from Wal-Mart today. That is a brand worth checking out for those that are budget conscious, like I am. Oh, is there a challenge for this week? Thank you, and have a great day!

Thanks for your Blessed For My Day thoughts. Our church is struggling with these very issues. It appears culture and pressure from the world rule instead of what is in the Bible. I'm trying to focus on how I treat others who feel differently than I do...but it's still sad and certainly has resulted in a loss of many members.

Hi Kay. I now you are exhausted from all the moving preparations and travel. IMO, there is nowhere better you can be than in the great state of Georgia. LOL! I was born and raised here although we spent 12 years in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and loved it.
Having been raised in the deep south, I have not been able to break through the 'no white before Easter and after Labor Day.' I am still trying but without much success. I remember going to church on the Sunday nearest Mother's Day and wearing a red rose because my mother was still living. Those whose mother had passed wore a white rose. Some of these traditions are so ingrained in us that it is hard to ignore them. Anyway, I hope you will be happy in Ohio and enjoy your family while in Georgia. "GO JACKETS!"
