My challenge for the holidays usually revolves around attire appropriate for holiday performing arts events (usually concerts but not always and I don't think the type of performance generally has a major impact on choice of attire). I live in a major metropolitan area and our performing arts venues vary from local churches to nationally known venues. I usually opt for casual (nicer jeans with a pretty jacket and scarf) for church or small venues, but what about the larger ones? I see everything there. In addition, I also often. walk to these venues - often 2 miles or so each way. So comfortable shoes are important (but pretty enough to not look inappropriate when I arrive!). Thoughts? Thanks!

I love the book of Jude. Definitely we must watch against false teachers. I've always liked suede. I may even have had a real suede jacket in the past when it wasn't so expensive. Now I own real suede only in shoes and boots. I have a few pieces in faux suede that are classic. I intend to wear them if it ever gets cool or cold. We just got a cold front so we're getting there The suede jacket you're wearing is really beautiful. Thanks for the inspiration.

I love suede! But living in a warm climate, I only have a few select items in it (genuine and faux), worn/used primarily in winter.
