I’d say it could be worn as either, but you can definitely wear it with the outfit as a completer piece. It just really depends on your preferences, the weather or climate and your activities.

I picked up a sleeveless sweater this season, which I really love and anticipate wearing quite a bit once the weather cools off a bit. Denim dress – very cute but not sure is practical for me.
