Hi Kay, I love everything about this outfit! It looks great on you. I normally don’t like pointy toe shoes, but these are really cute. I have been going to work everyday during this whole shut down, so my lazy/sit on the couch days are my Saturdays, and I am loving them!! Thanks for all of your posts, love checking them everyday. Hi Barb. I’m so pleased that you were able to get the jacket and that you like it. Evidently some people who reviewed the jacket didn’t like that it’s unlined (on the Talbots website) but I actually think that makes it more wearable in the cool but not cold months.

In the photos you’re seeing I’m either tying it behind my back or tucking the loose ends of the tie belt into the pockets. Have a happy Mother’s Day!

Hi Kay, I returned to this post as I just received the trench coat from Talbots—it was sold out in my size small but someone must have returned one! I love it so thank you for featuring it!
I noticed that you often didn’t tie the belt. Did you tie it behind the jacket or take the belt off completely?
