Hi Mary, Thanks so much for sharing. We’re actually heading back to Port Clinton this year right after Christmas. We just loved our visit there last year. So maybe you could see about getting us another blanket of snow. It was beautiful last year! But of course we know that may or may not happen this year. I’m so glad you’re enjoying the blog.

I was looking at todays (12/7/21) post and linked back to the black pants from last January. What a surprise to be sitting in my living room in Port Clinton and reading your post about our town! We have boated out of this area for almost 30 years and decided to move here full time about 4 years ago. We love all the seasons here and enjoy the way the small town morphs through out the year. From “birding” in the spring, high tourist traffic in the summer, fishing in the fall and a quiet, quaint winter, PC has it all! It’s a true blessing to be able to look out my front window at the Port Clinton lighthouse (not nearly as big as the Marblehead one) and see Lake Erie everyday.
Thank you for all of your posts, I have been trying to up my fashion game and enjoy what you show us everyday as well as your inspiration!

Hello Marie-Francoise. I’m so glad you found my blog. Yes, I love my fleece lined pants from Talbots and they’ve had some for the past several years, so watch for them again next fall.
