I get up between 5:30 and 7:00. Honestly I give myself leeway there. I have so many nights when I don’t sleep well for one reason or the other. But I’m always up by 7:00. I’m starting to do my Bible reading in bed, too. I think that is helping me “get up” a little earlier. ]]></description>

I downloaded the free pkg and will try out the recipes etc for the next few days.  I will decide by Saturday, hopefully they don’t fill up and close registration by then but I need to be sure I will be willing to follow the meal plans before committing the money.]]></description>
