I&#039;m 4&#039; 11&quot;, short-waisted and wear wide-legged pants to balance my linebacker shoulders. My solution to our problem is to wear shorter tops. I still have longer shirts I intend to chop off or donate. I love cropped sweaters and wear them with mid-rise pants with no problem. That said, have you tried tying on the side?]]></description>
